Market Outlook – Stock Trading Season Begins
September did not live down to its reputation for being the weakest month of the year for the stock market, although it did finish quietly. This is not out of the ordinary for the end of the quarter and action should pick up now that we are starting the traditionally strong time of the year for trading, from now until May/June. Good strength today in Cannabis stocks which have been moving up over the past month, my feature in this newsletter of TLRY on Sept 7 is doing well. Traders should focus on stocks trading abnormally and breaking from low volatility and optimism.
